I will continue to represent you and be your voice. I won’t allow special interests to write the rules. I will hold City Hall accountable to you.

I will do my best to be transparent about my decisions, to be available to folks interested in chatting, to promote and support the city in their efforts to get the word out about updates and changes affecting our way of life. 

I am happy to meet you where you are and am always looking for ways to engage and interact with the community. 

I will continue to help Arlington residents have a say in how and where we grow. I believe there is a responsible and smart way to grow. Growth is inevitable but I hope to be a part of smart growth that helps provide the things we need and not just add to traffic congestion. 

I support growth but am not quick to approve it without answers and clear understanding of how it will help our city and improve things for us either in living conditions, park support, infrastructure development and/or business development.

I will continue to advocate for safe, family friendly, easy to access parks and green spaces.  I will continue to support local artists, local organizations, and event coordinators to bring the arts to our community. 

From liquid arts to performing arts to sculptures on our trails, it is all important and helps add beauty to our area and helps our city gain social and cultural values. Art tells a story about who we are, who we were and who we want to be. 

I will continue to research, support and advocate for the continuing growth of our local small businesses. 

I believe that supporting and helping promote our small businesses and special events in our town will help residents and tourist discover and shop at our local retailers and restaurants.  

Small businesses help keep our town vibrant, lively, and they can give us a sense of belonging. 

The sales tax revenue is also an important piece of our General Fund and helps support many pieces of what keeps our city running.
